Accountabilities: The Division Channel Manager will be responsible for developing channel strategies, strengthening partner relationships, and driving profitable growth across industrial markets. This role requires ownership of partner engagement programs, sales initiatives, performance tracking, and training strategies that support business objectives. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for industrial channel partners to achieve revenue growth, improve profitability, and increase product adoption. Establish growth objectives for existing partners, including targeted products, market segments, and customer penetration opportunities. Manage channel planning activities, partnership agreements, and strategic initiatives that support long-term business expansion. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and partner activity to identify opportunities for growth and implement corrective actions when needed. Collaborate with regional sales teams and internal stakeholders to increase partner engagement, revenue generation, and market share. Lead channel partner programs designed to strengthen loyalty, improve collaboration, and enhance overall partner performance. Work with internal training teams to ensure partners have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively promote and support products. Develop performance metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards to monitor channel effectiveness and guide decision-making. Establish and implement pricing strategies and inventory-related initiatives that improve partner success and customer outcomes. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a commercially focused professional with experience growing sales through industrial or electrical distribution channels. They should have strong relationship management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence partners and internal teams to achieve shared business goals. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, channel management, or a related commercial role. Experience working with industrial or electrical channel partners and distribution networks. Proven ability to develop and execute sales growth strategies and partner programs. Strong understanding of customer development, market expansion, and revenue generation activities. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Strong analytical capabilities with experience using performance metrics to drive decisions. Experience with industrial control products or related solutions is preferred. Experience developing channel programs and managing direct sales initiatives is preferred. Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools is a plus. Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% as required.
