Accountabilities: The Director of System Physician & APP Services is responsible for leading physician and APP compensation strategies, contracting operations, and department initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Lead the planning, design, administration, and continuous improvement of physician and APP compensation models. Oversee technical and professional resources supporting physician and APP compensation operations. Direct quality assurance processes, fair market value assessments, and commercial reasonableness reviews for compensation programs. Manage physician and APP contracting activities in collaboration with recruitment, HR, legal, compliance, and operational teams. Partner with executive leaders and business stakeholders to resolve complex compensation and workforce challenges. Provide project management leadership for departmental changes, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. Facilitate alignment among multiple stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement scalable solutions that support organizational objectives and evolving healthcare needs. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in healthcare administration, compensation strategy, operations, or related leadership roles, with the ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of professional-level experience in healthcare, operations, finance, HR, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams, programs, or complex business functions. Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic plans and operational improvements. Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills. Experience working within clinical, operational, financial, or healthcare administration environments preferred. Ability to analyze complex issues, develop practical solutions, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Experience handling confidential information and sensitive business matters with discretion.
