About the job DevOps / SRE Engineer Compensation: $3200 - $4000 USD Per Month! About Remote Leverage: Remote Leverage is a leading recruiting agency based in Florida, specializing in outsourcing and offshoring talent from Latin America and around the world for U.S.-based businesses. You would be working directly with our internal product and engineering team to build, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure that powers our recruiting platform, supporting CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, deployments, system reliability, monitoring, security, disaster recovery, and automation to ensure our applications remain scalable, secure, and highly available. Responsibilities: Own the CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Gitflow, GitOps, and GitHub Actions, ensuring safe and automated deployments. Manage and enhance the Vercel deployment model and Hostinger VPS, including environment management and scheduled tasks. Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, focusing on reproducibility and drift control while preparing for AWS integration. Oversee observability and incident management using tools like Sentry and Grafana, defining SLOs and error budgets. Drive disaster recovery and cybersecurity initiatives, including secrets management and self-healing systems. Manage Supabase operations in collaboration with the architect and backend team, ensuring efficient deployments and migrations. Utilize container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to enhance application reliability and performance. Preferred Skills & Tools: GitHub Actions Terraform Vercel AWS core services Docker Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE with production ownership. Proficient in GitHub, Gitflow, GitOps, and CI/CD pipeline design. Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Familiarity with Vercel and VPS administration. Knowledge of AWS services including EC2 and S3. Strong observability skills with tools like Sentry and Grafana. Experience with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
