The role We are looking for a DevOps / IT Infrastructure Engineer passionate about building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure. This is a role with real ownership: you won’t just operate systems — you will actively shape how our infrastructure evolves, ensuring performance, observability, and reliability across our platform. Position Overview Contract type: Permanent Employment type: Full-time (100%) Location: Geneva / Lausanne Start date: As soon as possible Work model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days on-site / 2 days remote) Key missions Design & manage infrastructure You will design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security for our SaaS platform. Automate & optimize workflows You will implement CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and monitoring tools to improve deployment speed, system reliability, and operational efficiency. Ensure security & compliance You will maintain system security, backups, and compliance standards, and collaborate with teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Drive observability & monitoring You will design and implement robust monitoring, logging and alerting to ensure real-time visibility into system health, performance, and user experience. Collaborate across teams Work closely with the CTO, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into resilient infrastructure solutions. Continuous improvement Stay up to date with best practices and introduce new tools and processes to continuously improve performance and scalability. Your profile You can be our next DevOps / IT Infrastructure Engineer if: You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field You have at least 3 years of experience in DevOps You are proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) You have experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) You have knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation tools You are experienced with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) You have hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, etc.) You are skilled in Linux systems administration and networking You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude You are committed to best practices in security, scalability, and maintainable infrastructure You are fluent in English (French is a plus) Note: This position is based in Geneva or Lausanne (Switzerland) and is open exclusively to applicants with a valid work permit.
