About the job Experience: 6–10 years What You’ll Do Package & Deploy Develop reusable Helm charts, pipelines, and templates for customer environments. Build and maintain containerized deployments across Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift). Align cluster configurations with industry best practices. SaaS Enablement Design and manage SaaS environments: dedicated, shared, and multi-tenant clusters. Deploy across AWS, Azure, and GCP with a focus on security and scalability. Drive cost optimization through autoscaling and efficient resource provisioning. Developer Environments & Automation Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of Dev, QA, and UAT environments. Optimize engineering workflows to boost productivity and platform stability. Technical Implementation & Leadership Own hands-on implementation of DevOps pipelines and infrastructure. (Optional) Mentor and lead a team of 5–10 DevOps engineers. Monitoring & Observability Implement monitoring using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Jaeger. Integrate observability into CI/CD workflows for proactive system health visibility. What Makes You a Great Fit Expert-level Kubernetes and Helm experience — your strongest skill. Proven ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git-based workflows). Hands-on cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift). Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, Groovy). Practical IaC experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). Solid grasp of cloud-native security & compliance: container image hardening, RBAC, secrets management, compliance-aligned workflows. Experience with observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger). Bonus Points Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or IaC tools (Terraform). GitOps workflows (Argo CD, Flux). Exposure to virtual Kubernetes clusters (KinD). Understanding of secure multi-tenant architectures. Background in Java or Python development. Experience in cloud cost optimization.
