About The Role Leidos is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team supporting CDC DHP cloud-based analytics and operational activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless deployment, monitoring, and sustainment of analytical environments that support vital public health programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure processes, and supporting modernization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. 5+ years of professional experience supporting DevOps, cloud operations, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting. Strong troubleshooting skills and operational support capabilities. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance. Responsibilities Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management activities to ensure efficient software delivery. Manage and oversee development, test, and production environments to ensure stability and performance. Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities to maintain system health and availability. Assist in infrastructure automation and configuration management to streamline deployment processes. Support cloud-based analytics and modernization initiatives to enhance data processing capabilities. Develop comprehensive technical documentation and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and process consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in DevOps and cloud operations.
