About the job We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our technology team and help build, automate, and maintain modern cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platforms. In this role, you will work closely with software engineers, architects, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, enhance system reliability, and ensure scalable, secure, and highly available environments. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in driving automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and cloud-native best practices across the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for development, testing, and production environments. Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker. Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools. Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues. Implement security best practices across cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes and deployment automation. Manage configuration, secrets, and environment consistency across platforms. Support disaster recovery, backup strategies, and high-availability solutions. Optimize cloud resource utilization and operational costs. Document infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures. Participate in on-call support and incident response when required. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role. Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as: Azure DevOps GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD Jenkins Experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting (Bash). Proficiency in scripting using Python, PowerShell, or Bash. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk. Strong understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and security best practices. Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Nice to Have Experience with Helm and Kubernetes Operators. Knowledge of Argo CD, Flux, or other GitOps tools. Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd. Experience with serverless architectures. Knowledge of cloud security and identity management (IAM, Key Vault, Secrets Manager). Experience with HashiCorp Vault. Familiarity with container security and vulnerability management. Experience supporting microservices architectures. Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization.
