Your Mission Architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered full stack solutions end-to-end. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Prototype and iterate on MVPs with full ownership, ensuring scalability, reliability, and usability. Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency. Conduct code reviews and security assessments to uphold engineering standards. Coach and mentor junior engineers and colleagues on AI-driven development best practices. Required Superpowers Proven senior-level experience in full stack software design and development. Strong AI engineering skills, with hands-on experience using Claude Code/Copilot/Codex. Demonstrated ability and willingness to coach and mentor technical teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across disciplines. Flexibility and readiness to travel internationally for training and team events. Experience with Docker; containers in general Experience with AWS services. Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions. Infrastructure experience: OpenShift, Kargo, ArgoCD, relational and non-relational databases, event streaming (Apache Pulsar).
