We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and reliability. You'll play a critical role in keeping our platform fast, secure, and scalable. Your Role at Orange Logic: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable software delivery Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on performance and cost efficiency Implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent) to drive consistency and repeatability Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and lead post-mortems to continuously improve reliability Collaborate with engineering teams to embed DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle Champion security standards across environments — from secrets management to network controls Drive automation initiatives that eliminate toil and accelerate team velocity Ideal Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) Strong understanding of CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or equivalent) Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty, etc.) Scripting fluency in Python, Bash, or similar A security-first mindset and familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001 a plus) SaaS or enterprise software environment experience strongly preferred Perks of Joining the Team: Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Life & Disability Insurance 401(k) & Roth with 4% employer match (fully vested) 20 Days PTO 8 Weeks Parental Leave 8 Company Holidays Remote Work Environment Compensation: The target compensation for this position is $120,000 – $140,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
