Role Description The Civil Servant role at EEMC is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait City. This role involves managing interactions with local government entities and public sector organizations to support EEMC projects and business activities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and submitting official documents, following up on regulatory approvals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies, and coordinating with internal teams to meet government requirements. The Civil Servant will also track changes in local regulations, provide guidance on public sector procedures, and help maintain strong, professional relationships with government stakeholders. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Government Relations and Public Sector experience. Candidates should possess knowledge of Local Government structures and processes. Candidates should possess effective Communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for reviewing regulations and documentation. Relevant experience in regulatory compliance, permits, or licensing is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and local regulations is an advantage. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, law, or related field preferred.
