We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
Lead operations and development for high-availability AWS services (EC2, S3, Dynamo, Lambda, Bedrock) for EU customers.
Enhance day-to-day operations, ensuring improvements in availability, reliability, latency, performance, and efficiency.
Participate in occasional on-call rotations to resolve incidents.
Deliver scalable services and ensure a high-availability experience for EU customers.
What You'll Need
EU national residing in the EU.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience.
Knowledge or experience in scripting (Bash, Python, or Ruby) or software development (Java, TypeScript, or similar).
Strong Linux and networking fundamentals for troubleshooting and optimization.
Be able to execute standard operating procedures and follow operational best practices.
