About The Role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems. You will implement and manage Kubernetes clusters, automate deployment pipelines, and collaborate across teams to optimize our DevOps processes. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure and application deployment workflows, supporting our company's growth and technological innovation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in DevOps practices, with experience in cloud environments and automation tools. Proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Strong communication skills in both German (C1/C2 level) and English are required, along with the ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams. A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing technologies and requirements are also key qualities for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Operate and continuously improve Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD to streamline deployment workflows.
Manage application deployment processes with Helm charts for consistency and efficiency.
Monitor system health and observability using Prometheus and Grafana, ensuring proactive incident management.
Automate CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins and Groovy to facilitate rapid and reliable software releases.
Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, enabling scalable and repeatable deployments.
Containerize applications and orchestrate their deployment using Docker and related tools.
Handle configuration management with Ansible or Puppet to maintain system consistency.
Collaborate with cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and OpenShift to optimize cloud infrastructure and services.
