About The Role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring the seamless deployment, monitoring, and management of our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement automation, optimize operational processes, and support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and cloud services, enabling us to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions to our clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in DevOps practices and relevant technical skills, including experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, Groovy, Terraform, Docker, Ansible, or Puppet. Proficiency in working with multiple cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or OpenShift is essential. Excellent communication skills in both German (C1/C2) and English are required, along with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams. A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing technologies and requirements are key attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Operate and continuously improve Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD to automate deployment workflows.
Manage application deployment processes utilizing Helm charts.
Set up and maintain monitoring and observability systems with Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system health and performance.
Automate CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins and Groovy to streamline development and deployment cycles.
Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform to facilitate scalable and repeatable environment provisioning.
Containerize applications and orchestrate their deployment using Docker.
Configure and manage systems with Ansible or Puppet for consistent and efficient configuration management.
Collaborate with cloud providers and leverage various cloud solutions to support infrastructure needs.
