DevOps Engineer

About the job We're partnered with a well-funded AI-driven German scale up based in Berlin looking to hire a Senior DevOps engineer. The role focused on building scalable AI-enabled platforms, enterprise data services, and cloud-native infrastructure. The environment suits engineers who are comfortable working across backend services, infrastructure, deployment pipelines, networking, and modern frontend applications. What you'll be working on: Building and maintaining distributed cloud applications and internal platform services Developing APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with AI/LLM systems Managing Kubernetes-based infrastructure in AWS Improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Working across Go services, Terraform, Helm, and React applications Supporting secure hybrid connectivity between enterprise/on-prem and cloud environments Designing and troubleshooting networking layers across cloud and infrastructure environments including firewalls, gateways, NAT, and iptables Contributing to AI-assisted engineering workflows and modern developer tooling What they're looking for: Solid Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience Advanced systems and networking knowledge including iptables, firewalls, NAT, gateways, and hybrid network architectures Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation Kubernetes, EKS, AWS, Terraform expertise Strong engineering mindset with a pragmatic approach to delivery This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, platform engineering, and working close to modern AI product development rather than being siloed into one stack.
