About The Role The DevOps Engineer role at E-Solutions is a critical position designed for professionals with a deep understanding of software development, infrastructure automation, and cloud computing. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the stability, security, and performance of our application environments. This role involves analyzing application system errors, troubleshooting performance issues, and implementing automation solutions to streamline operations. The DevOps Engineer will collaborate closely with development teams to facilitate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, ensuring smooth and reliable software releases. The position requires hands-on experience with a variety of tools and technologies, including scripting, cloud platforms, container orchestration, and automation frameworks, to support our clients' digital transformation initiatives effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on expertise with scripting languages such as Bash and KSH. Solid knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift. Experience with automation tools like Ansible Tower, Terraform, Jenkins, and Artifactory. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Scala, Node.js, and JavaScript. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and testing frameworks like TOSCA, QTest, and Octane. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis of complex issues. Experience working with databases such as Oracle and Postgres. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software releases. Analyze and troubleshoot application system errors, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure issues. Lead proactive monitoring and review of systems, implementing improvements to enhance stability and performance. Develop automation scripts and playbooks to streamline deployment, configuration, and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot code-related issues and platform problems, ensuring quick resolution. Participate in on-call support for production environments, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime. Perform application installation, integration, and maintenance tasks across various environments. Work with cloud platforms and container orchestration tools to optimize deployment strategies. Maintain documentation of system configurations, automation processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new tools and practices to improve DevOps workflows.
