Data Platform Architect, PostgreSQL

About the job For our client, we are seeking a Data Platform Architect Postgresql to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Design and build machine learning solutions using the the company platform Support workshops and design sessions to identify customer use-cases Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand solution requirements Develop and train AI/ML models tailored for customer applications Provide technical expertise on the company’s AI/ML features to customer teams Stay informed on the latest developments in AI/ML technology Lead thought leadership initiatives, such as webinars and blog posts, focusing on AI/ML Qualifications Minimum 5 years in a machine learning role with experience in building and deploying production models MLOps experience on major ML platforms (e.g., Databricks, SageMaker) with skills in pipeline sharing and monitoring Hands-on scripting in Python, proficient with libraries like Pandas, PyTorch, and TensorFlow Strong skills in data cleansing, feature engineering, and optimizing ML model performance Excellent presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences University degree in data science, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience Benefits Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance plans 401(k) plan with company matching contributions Generous paid time off policy including vacation and sick days Professional development opportunities and training programs Flexible work environment enabling remote and hybrid work arrangements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
