About the job For a project in the financial sector, we are looking for a person for the position of Data Modeling Architect / Architect. The person in this position will be responsible for the development and implementation of Data Governance solutions, supporting effective data management and building an organization based on the conscious use of information. Your tasks Design and develop the Data Governance model in accordance with the data governance strategy Defining and developing policies, standards and processes related to data governance Co-developing tools and processes to support Data Governance Supporting stakeholders in the implementation of data governance roles and responsibilities Conduct education and communication activities to support the development of a data culture Collaborate with business and technology teams on Data & IT initiatives Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management area Practical knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Catalog tools Ability to combine business needs with data and IT solutions Previous work in a regulated environment, preferably in the financial sector Experience working with stakeholders at a managerial level Highly developed communication skills, self-reliance and responsibility Open to commuting to the Warsaw office 1-2 days per month Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language Nice to have Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK or DCAM frameworks Job no. 260611-FWJ4N Sii ensures that all hiring decisions are made solely on the basis of qualifications and competence.
