Customer Service Broker - Personal Lines

Accountabilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing professional advice and personalized support on personal lines insurance products. Conduct proactive policy renewal reviews to maximize customer retention and identify opportunities for improved coverage. Contact existing clients to discuss upcoming renewals, policy updates, and insurance recommendations. Build and maintain strong working relationships with insurance carriers and external partners. Process policy changes, endorsements, and administrative updates through insurer and brokerage systems. Review existing policies and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments based on clients' evolving needs. Ensure all underwriting guidelines and compliance requirements are followed throughout the customer lifecycle. Coordinate client documentation, monitor outstanding requirements, and maintain accurate policy records. Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries and provide guidance throughout the claims process, including reporting and follow-up. Effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of service and accuracy. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in personal lines customer service or brokerage. Valid Alberta Level 1 insurance license required; Alberta Level 2 license is preferred. British Columbia Level 2 insurance license is considered a strong asset. Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, underwriting principles, and policy administration. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
