Accountabilities: The Coordinator - Lead Generation will be responsible for managing recruitment outreach activities, qualifying leads, and supporting the transition of strong candidates to the recruiting team. This role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining a professional candidate experience. Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound conversations with potential candidates from various recruiting sources. Follow up on generated leads and nurture relationships with prospective applicants throughout the recruitment process. Identify, qualify, and develop strong candidate leads based on established requirements. Communicate available opportunities and relevant information clearly to prospective candidates. Transition qualified leads to recruiting specialists for further engagement and follow-up. Use recruiting software tools to source, track, document, communicate with, and report on candidate information. Maintain weekly reports on lead sources, candidate activity, and recruitment outcomes. Identify creative approaches to generate new leads and improve sourcing strategies. Handle candidate questions, objections, and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and strong follow-through. Make a high volume of outbound calls daily while consistently working toward recruitment goals. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a motivated and results-driven professional with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment, sales, or lead generation. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple conversations, and building relationships with potential candidates in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years of relevant experience in lead generation, recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field. Strong prospecting, qualifying, and relationship-building skills. Excellent phone presence and interpersonal communication abilities. Professional, enthusiastic, and results-oriented approach to candidate engagement. Ability to handle objections positively and guide prospects toward the next step in the process. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls per day. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
