Accountabilities: As a Coordinator, Development Services, you will support fundraising operations by managing donor information, improving data quality, coordinating development processes, and providing valuable insights through reporting and research. You will act as a key resource for development teams by ensuring accurate information, efficient workflows, and effective use of CRM systems. Maintain accurate donor and prospect records by updating, reviewing, merging, and cleaning database information. Support CRM data integrity by ensuring consistent processes, documentation, and adherence to development standards. Act as a central resource for donor and prospect information, helping teams access reliable data and follow best practices. Collaborate with CRM teams and development stakeholders to resolve data issues and optimize system usage. Create and maintain CRM documentation, training materials, and resources to support team adoption. Coordinate CRM onboarding and process training activities while identifying opportunities for ongoing learning. Manage data requests, ensuring accuracy and alignment with fundraising priorities and reporting requirements. Coordinate workflow requests by reviewing submissions, assigning tasks, and ensuring process compliance. Conduct prospect identification, qualification, and research using internal and external research tools. Maintain prospect pipelines, donor profiles, relationship information, and research summaries within CRM systems. Prepare reports, dashboards, briefing materials, and research documents to support fundraising decisions. Support donor cultivation and stewardship activities by coordinating event information, attendee lists, and relationship tracking. Requirements: You are an organized and detail-focused professional with experience supporting fundraising, donor management, or data-driven operations. You combine strong analytical skills, technical confidence, and a collaborative approach to help teams improve processes and achieve their goals. Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience in a similar role. 3+ years of experience working within a major gift fundraising environment and supporting donor lifecycle activities. Strong understanding of donor data management, CRM systems, and database administration. Experience with prospect research tools such as iWave, CharityCan, Grant Connect, or similar platforms. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work. Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization skills. Curiosity, adaptability, resourcefulness, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a complex, results-oriented environment. Strong client-service mindset with professional communication and responsiveness. Sound judgment, ethical decision-making skills, and commitment to maintaining confidential information. Interest in innovation and willingness to explore new tools, including AI-enabled productivity solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook. Understanding of fundraising ethics and standards, including relevant professional codes and donor rights principles.
