We are looking for a Contract Platform Engineer - Visualization Services (Power BI & Microsoft Fabric) who wants to learn and transform his career. Location: Remote | Employment Type: CLT | English Level: Advanced or Fluent (Mandatory) Requirements: 5+ years of enterprise Power BI administration experience Strong experience with Power BI tenant settings, capacities (Premium, PPU, or Fabric), gateways, workspace lifecycle, and deployment pipelines Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Pipelines, OneLake, capacities, and deployment patterns Strong skills in Python, PowerShell, SQL, and REST APIs/Admin Tooling for automation and platform operations Hands-on experience with CI/CD, release management, and governed deployment processes Strong governance and security experience covering access controls, certification, sensitivity labels, DLP, audit logging, and self-service enablement Experience analyzing telemetry, audit logs, usage trends, capacity metrics, and platform performance data Excellent communication skills and ability to explain platform health, risks, technical decisions, and business impact to stakeholders Advanced or Fluent English Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environment, including tenant settings, capacities, gateways, workspaces, deployment pipelines, and operational controls Prepare and document formal change requests for production environment modifications and support implementation through established operational processes Develop automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, SQL, REST APIs, and administrative tools for governance, monitoring, provisioning, remediation, and self-service enablement Support Microsoft Fabric capabilities such as Lakehouse, Pipelines, OneLake, Git-enabled deployment patterns, and related platform engineering practices Implement and operationalize governance and security controls, including workspace lifecycle management, certifications, access controls, sensitivity labels, DLP policies, and audit monitoring Produce telemetry, capacity, usage, adoption, and platform health reporting Troubleshoot semantic models, data modeling, DAX-related issues, and platform operational challenges Support business onboarding, platform adoption, and user enablement initiatives Communicate platform policies, governance standards, and best practices across the organization Contribute technical recommendations and execution support for platform optimization initiatives focused on reliability, scalability, governance, security, and operational maturity Nice to Have: Microsoft Certifications such as PL-300, DP-600, or DP-700 Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar governance platforms Experience supporting large self-service analytics communities Experience working in regulated environments Experience with Tableau migration projects <<<<<<<<<<<< Please attach resume in English >>>>>>>>>>>> What do we offer?
