Content Writer

Accountabilities: The Content Writer will be responsible for developing a business book by capturing, structuring, and refining the author’s ideas into high-quality written content. Key responsibilities include: Conducting regular interviews to gather the author’s experiences, insights, stories, and perspectives. Transforming interview material and recorded thoughts into a structured, engaging, and professionally written business book. Collaborating closely with the author to ensure the tone, messaging, and style align with their personal vision. Organizing research, narratives, and key themes into a clear and compelling book structure. Drafting, editing, and revising content based on feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Maintaining consistent communication with the author to ensure alignment and timely progress. Managing writing milestones and delivering content according to project timelines. Potentially creating additional content such as blogs, articles, and journals for future projects. Requirements: The ideal candidate has strong writing expertise, experience with narrative development, and the ability to translate conversations into engaging content. Required qualifications and skills include: Proven experience writing books, biographies, or long-form content, particularly through interview-based storytelling. Excellent command of the English language with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to conduct interviews effectively and accurately capture personal stories and ideas. Experience transforming spoken narratives into polished written content. Familiarity with business concepts, professional terminology, and thought leadership content. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple writing stages. Ability to adapt writing style to match the author’s voice and objectives.
