Accountabilities: As a Digital Manufacturing Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent manufacturing solutions that improve operational efficiency and support customers’ digital evolution. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers during pre-sales activities to understand challenges, define project scope, and propose suitable solution architectures; Designing and implementing Digital Manufacturing solutions aligned with industrial best practices; Collaborating with OT/IT teams to integrate industrial systems such as SCADA, MES, PLCs, databases, and enterprise platforms; Supporting the complete project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture definition, development, testing, deployment, and delivery; Translating real shop-floor challenges into scalable digital solutions; Working closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions; Contributing to the continuous improvement of methodologies, frameworks, and delivery approaches; Supporting global collaboration initiatives with distributed and multicultural teams; Providing technical guidance and communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences. Requirements: We are looking for a professional with strong experience in industrial systems, automation, and digital manufacturing who can combine technical depth with consulting capabilities. The ideal candidate should have: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Automation, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience; Solid experience with industrial systems, automation, or digital manufacturing environments; Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, for daily interaction with international customers; Strong knowledge of industrial systems such as SCADA, MES, and PLC platforms, regardless of vendor; Experience with programming concepts, including object-oriented programming and database interactions using SQL; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear, business-oriented manner; Autonomy, ownership, and commitment to delivering high-quality results; Experience working with multicultural and distributed teams. Additional skills considered a plus: Experience with web development technologies such as JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or similar; Knowledge of Ignition (Inductive Automation), Sepasoft MES, or comparable platforms; Familiarity with Siemens hardware, including PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks; Experience with cloud-based architectures or Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms.
