Commerce Media Strategist, Amazon + Walmart DSP

Accountabilities Develop, launch, and optimize Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, and other commerce media campaigns to achieve client performance goals, including growth, profitability, conversion, and return on ad spend. Build trusted relationships with clients by providing strategic guidance, proactive communication, and exceptional account management that supports long-term retention and satisfaction. Design comprehensive omnichannel commerce media strategies tailored to each client's business objectives and evolving market opportunities. Analyze campaign performance, cross-channel data, and market trends to deliver actionable insights and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Identify new growth opportunities while refining existing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales performance. Leverage proprietary marketing technology and commerce media tools to improve campaign scalability, efficiency, and client outcomes. Maintain expertise across commerce media platforms and industry best practices, sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional specialists to deliver integrated marketing solutions while mentoring and supporting broader team initiatives. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring quality execution, timely delivery, and continuous optimization of campaigns. Requirements 5–7 years of experience in commerce media, retail media, paid media, or senior media planning roles with a proven record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns. Strong expertise with Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, and other commerce media platforms such as Criteo. Experience developing omnichannel marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and measurable KPIs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make strategic optimization recommendations. Familiarity with commerce media and marketing technology platforms such as Skai, Pacvue, Helium10, Analytic Index, or similar solutions is preferred. Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment. Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
