Accountabilities: As a Cloud Operations professional, you will be responsible for supporting cloud infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring reliable delivery of technology solutions. You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement automation, monitoring, and security best practices while helping maintain high availability across systems. Work with agile methodologies and DevOps practices, adapting tools and processes according to project needs. Support the creation and management of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments. Assist in managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, scalability, performance, and security. Monitor applications and infrastructure using observability tools, logs, and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications follow Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. Participate in production incident investigation and resolution to maintain service continuity. Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational processes and reduce manual activities. Contribute to maintaining reliable database environments and secure infrastructure practices. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a hands-on cloud operations professional with experience in infrastructure management, automation, and DevOps environments. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with technical teams, and continuously improving processes in dynamic environments. Experience working with Linux operating systems and cloud infrastructure environments. Practical knowledge of infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform. Familiarity with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Basic experience configuring and managing web servers and proxies, especially Traefik. Experience with major AWS services and cloud-based solutions. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki. Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and DocumentDB. Understanding of information security principles and data protection best practices. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Strong self-management skills, with the ability to organize priorities and deliver results in a remote setting. Benefits: Competitive contractor compensation of approximately R$45 per hour.
