Cloud & Infrastructure Architect (Microsoft Technologies)

About the job We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Architect to join a growing technology team delivering complex Microsoft infrastructure and cloud transformation projects. This is an opportunity to shape technical architecture, work closely with customers and influence strategic technology decisions across enterprise environments. What you'll be doing: Design and own end-to-end infrastructure and cloud architectures across Microsoft technologies. Produce high and low-level solution designs (HLD/LLD) for enterprise environments. Lead cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure initiatives. Advise stakeholders on identity, security, networking, high availability and business continuity. Support technical pre-sales activities, workshops and solution design. Drive infrastructure automation, standardisation and continuous improvement. What we're looking for: Proven experience in an Infrastructure Architect, Cloud Architect or Senior Infrastructure Engineer position. Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online. Solid background in Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation and hybrid infrastructure. Experience designing secure, scalable cloud and on-premises environments. Ability to produce architectural documentation (HLD/LLD). Good understanding of cloud migration strategies, identity management and infrastructure security. Familiarity with PowerShell, Azure Automation or other infrastructure automation tools. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice to have: Microsoft certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-500, MS-102, SC-100 or SC-300. Experience with enterprise cloud migration programmes. Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity or DevOps practices.
