Security & Compliance: Implement cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, secrets management) to protect sensitive customer and payment data.
Performance & Scaling: Monitor infrastructure health and manage capacity planning to handle high-concurrency traffic patterns.
Mentorship: Guide team members on cloud-native design patterns and promote an "automation-first" culture.
Cost Optimization: Work with internal partners to apply cost-saving recommendations and make strategic decisions based on historical usage data.
Incident Resolution: Collaborate with engineering teams to debug and resolve production incidents, providing expert insight from a cloud infrastructure perspective.
Continuous Improvement: Evolve cloud infrastructure following industry best practices and recommend new technologies that align with our domain.

Scripting proficiency in Python or Bash.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Datadog.
Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer Professional).
Experience in secure, compliant, high-transaction environments (e.g., payments, fintech, loyalty programs) is highly preferred.
