Cloud Engineer (Microsoft)

About the job We are looking for an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join a growing IT team, supporting modern Microsoft cloud environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft infrastructure experience who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining cloud services and working across a broad technology stack. What you'll be doing: Providing 2nd line technical support for Microsoft-based environments Investigating and resolving infrastructure and cloud-related incidents Monitoring systems and proactively responding to issues Administering Microsoft cloud services and Windows infrastructure Maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articles What we're looking for: Hands-on experience managing and supporting Microsoft cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive Experience working with Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking and security configurations Good understanding of identity and access management concepts within Entra ID, including authentication, RBAC and hybrid identity solutions Solid Windows administration skills, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy Practical experience troubleshooting infrastructure issues and supporting users in a 2nd line environment Basic scripting experience with PowerShell If you're looking for a role where you can develop your Microsoft infrastructure and cloud expertise while working in a supportive, remote-first environment, we'd love to hear from you.
