After already having success, we are looking grow the team further by an additional 2 heads. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic team supporting mission-critical, cloud-native infrastructure in a regulated environment, fostering innovation and best practices across the technology landscape. The key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable infrastructure tools using modern programming languages. The engineer will automate and optimise continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring efficient code delivery. Engaging in architecture discussions, contributing to code reviews, and helping shape infrastructure standards are core parts of the role. Additionally, maintaining integrations across multiple services and managing messaging systems like RabbitMQ will be central tasks. Implementing comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to uphold system reliability and managing infrastructure through Infrastructure-as-Code tools while adhering to security and compliance standards are also key aspects of the position. The environment values a collaborative and innovative culture, with an emphasis on best practices in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and software engineering. Flexibility in working arrangements is supported, with a preference for candidates based in Ireland who can attend the office part of the week as needed.
