About this role
This is a senior delivery/program management role focused on customer-facing engagements, logistics and supply chain management, handling customer escalations, multiple workstream governance, delivery management and excellence, and stakeholder management. It requires 10+ years leading digital transformation projects for enterprise or public sector clients, 10+ years in technical domains such as cloud infrastructure, application modernization, and data analytics, and 10+ years with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. The role calls for 5+ years in cloud migration, 5+ years managing partners and global delivery centers, experience with globally distributed teams and project kick-offs, proficiency with PMIS tools (Jira, Asana, SmartSheet), and experience managing concurrent projects including status reporting and financial tracking. Cloud Foundation certification, an MBA or Master's in Computer Science, and SCRUM Master/SAFe certifications are desired.
