About this role
The candidate will design, develop, and enhance modern SaaS applications within a global InsurTech business. Working closely with Product Owners, the role involves building scalable, high-quality software and contributing to the entire Agile development lifecycle. The technical environment focuses on an evolving agentic development environment where AI is used to accelerate delivery and orchestrate workflows. Responsibilities include defining technical solutions, writing specifications, and reviewing AI-generated code to ensure quality and security. The engineer will also help establish engineering best practices across the team.

C# Developer / Full Stack Engineer (C# .Net Agentic AI) Reigate / WFH to £95k
Are you a technologist C# Developer with an AI first mindset and full stack development skills?
You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a global InsurTech business that is producing game changing technology.

- You have strong full stack development experience with C# .Net combined with modern front end technologies (e.g. JavaScript / TypeScript), building cloud based SaaS applications
- You have hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agentic development tools, with the ability to write effective specifications and prompts and confidently review AI generated code for quality, security and maintainability
- You have a genuine interest in applying AI to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high engineering standards
- You have a strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including architecture, testing, code quality and Agile delivery
- You are an analytical problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys continuously improving products, processes and engineering practices
