Accountabilities: As a Business Valuations Consultant, you will support a range of valuation, litigation support, and forensic accounting assignments by applying strong financial analysis, research, and reporting skills. You will work closely with senior professionals, clients, and legal stakeholders to deliver accurate, practical, and well-supported conclusions. Support engagement planning by identifying key valuation issues, appropriate methodologies, timelines, and resource requirements. Manage information requests, document reviews, and financial data collection processes. Analyze financial statements, operational data, and other relevant information to develop valuation models and insights. Conduct industry, market, and economic research to support valuation conclusions and client recommendations. Prepare business valuation reports, litigation support documentation, damage claim analyses, and forensic accounting deliverables. Communicate findings clearly with clients, legal counsel, and other stakeholders. Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines. Provide practical solutions to complex financial and business challenges. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong experience in business valuations, financial analysis, and litigation support, with the ability to manage client-facing engagements and produce high-quality professional deliverables. CPA designation required. CBV designation required. 6–10 years of progressive experience in business valuation and litigation-related engagements. Proven experience managing multiple client files and competing priorities. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and research capabilities. Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, well-written valuation reports and litigation correspondence. Comfortable presenting findings and explaining complex financial concepts to clients, legal counsel, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical recommendations. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
