Business Analyst - Solutions Engineering

Accountabilities: As a Business Analyst - Solutions Engineering, you will play a key role in understanding customer challenges, designing solutions, and supporting successful technology adoption. You will analyze business processes, identify transformation opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions. Conduct business process discovery sessions to understand customer goals, operational challenges, and expected business outcomes. Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation. Translate customer requirements and business problems into clear solution specifications and scalable product recommendations. Develop solution concepts, process flows, storyboards, and value propositions that communicate business impact. Support customer workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs. Contribute to improving solution methodologies, documentation, and best practices across the organization. Requirements: The ideal candidate has experience in business analysis, solution consulting, or technology-driven transformation projects, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, solution engineering, presales, digital transformation, or enterprise technology. Experience working with SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, or digital workflow technologies. Background in customer discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, or proof-of-concept activities. Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills. Ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating across multiple teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
