Bill Pay Relationship Manager

Accountabilities: Manage a portfolio of approximately 10–15 high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for bill pay and bookkeeping services. Deliver exceptional client service through timely transaction processing, recurring reporting, and customized financial reporting requests. Partner with advisory teams to understand client needs and provide guidance on best practices related to accounts payable and financial administration services. Lead onboarding initiatives by collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to establish efficient service structures and operational processes. Oversee bill payment activities and coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Provide oversight of bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate reconciliations and maintenance of books and records for clients and related entities. Maintain accountability for service delivery standards and continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure consistent execution and a superior client experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7–12 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial operations, or a related discipline. Proven experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients in a client service or relationship management capacity. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting. Working knowledge of BILL.com and QuickBooks Online is strongly preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients and stakeholders. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential financial information. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset. Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
