Accountabilities: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, supporting customers throughout the buying journey, and ensuring a smooth sales experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Key responsibilities include: Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other digital communication channels. Manage customer inquiries, quotation requests, and order-related support while maintaining a high level of service. Guide customers through the sales process, including tracking open orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams. Achieve sales targets by identifying upselling opportunities and developing profitable customer relationships. Provide accurate product pricing recommendations using available pricing tools and resources. Prepare estimates, proposals, and product recommendations when required. Maintain strong knowledge of products, processes, and customer needs to deliver effective solutions. Follow established sales procedures while applying sound judgment to resolve customer challenges. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a bilingual sales professional with strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. Required qualifications include: Fluency in both English and French is required. 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a related field. High school diploma or GED preferred; additional sales training or certifications are an asset. Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and digital channels. Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work toward sales goals and demonstrate performance against targets. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. Experience with quoting, estimating, order management, or product sales is an asset.
