Benefit/Risk Associate

Accountabilities: Support signal detection activities, including process setup and ongoing pharmacovigilance operations. Review safety data and line listings to assist in the identification and evaluation of potential safety signals. Draft and contribute to signal detection reports while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality standards. Perform quality control activities related to benefit-risk documentation and pharmacovigilance deliverables. Maintain accurate records, tracking tools, and documentation in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure signal management activities are conducted efficiently and compliantly. Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacovigilance processes and operational practices. Ensure all assigned activities are completed within established timelines and quality expectations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, Veterinary Science, or another healthcare-related discipline. Previous professional experience is not required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals. Strong interest in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, and patient-focused healthcare initiatives. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in international and multicultural environments. Good time management and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in written and spoken English, with a minimum level equivalent to B2 or above. Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
