Accountabilities: As an Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, you will manage the complete lifecycle of auto bodily injury claims while delivering accurate evaluations, effective negotiations, and high-quality service. Investigate auto bodily injury claims, reviewing facts, documentation, damages, liability considerations, and exposure details. Evaluate claim value, establish appropriate reserves, and determine fair settlement strategies. Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties while maintaining strong customer service standards. Manage claims efficiently from initial review through resolution while ensuring compliance with established procedures and best practices. Apply professional judgment to complex claim scenarios and provide recommendations that support fair outcomes. Identify process improvements, operational challenges, and opportunities to enhance claims workflows. Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of claims technology and processes. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions rather than waiting for direction. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings hands-on auto bodily injury claims experience, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, evolving environment. This role requires a balance of technical claims expertise, communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 2+ years of experience handling auto bodily injury claims, including first-party and third-party claims. Active adjuster license required. Experience with demand evaluation, attorney negotiations, and reserve setting. Strong understanding of claims investigation, assessment, and settlement processes. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage claims effectively in a remote environment. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and identify solutions before issues escalate. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
