ROLE OVERVIEW We're seeking a Senior AI Infrastructure Engineer to serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on practitioner at the intersection of AI and Cisco technology. You'll guide Enterone and its clients in designing AI-ready infrastructure — spanning compute, networking, and security — and lead implementations from proof-of-concept through production. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AI Infrastructure Design & Advisory • Act as the SME on AI/ML workloads running on Cisco UCS, HyperFlex, and Intersight • Design GPU-accelerated compute environments for AI training and inference • Advise clients on AI infrastructure roadmaps and translate Cisco capabilities into solutions Networking for AI Workloads • Architect low-latency network fabrics using Cisco ACI, Catalyst, Nexus, and Meraki • Configure network segmentation, QoS, and SD-WAN to support distributed AI pipelines Security & AI Defense • Embed zero-trust security using Cisco SecureX, Umbrella, and ISE • Implement AI Defense strategies: model access controls, data integrity, and threat detection • Harden AI platforms against adversarial attacks and maintain compliance in regulated environments Implementation & Operations • Lead end-to-end AI infrastructure deployments from rack-and-stack through handoff • Automate provisioning using Cisco Intersight, Ansible, Terraform, and Python • Establish monitoring and performance benchmarking for AI workloads on Cisco platforms Enablement & Thought Leadership • Build reference architectures, playbooks, and best-practice guides for AI on Cisco • Deliver technical workshops to client stakeholders from engineers to executives • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to Enterone's growing AI practice REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years in infrastructure engineering; 2+ years focused on AI/ML infrastructure • Deep expertise with Cisco UCS and HyperFlex for GPU-accelerated workloads • Strong networking skills: Cisco ACI, Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki; BGP, OSPF, VXLAN • Experience with Cisco SecureX, Umbrella, and ISE in enterprise environments • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and their infrastructure demands • Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, Cisco Intersight, Python, and/or Bash PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Cisco certifications: CCNP/CCIE Data Center or Cisco Certified DevNet Professional • Experience with Cisco AI Defense, Intersight Workload Optimizer, or Cisco Nexus AI • Background in managed services or consulting • Exposure to MLOps platforms and Kubernetes-based AI deployments • Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Cisco on-premises WHAT WE OFFER • A pivotal role building Enterone's AI infrastructure practice from the ground up • Direct collaboration with Cisco engineering and product teams • Competitive base salary, performance bonus, and equity participation • Annual budget for certifications, training, and conferences Enterone is an equal opportunity employer.
