Accountabilities: As an Analista Jurídico, you will be responsible for supporting legal operations through accurate deadline management, document analysis, and organization of procedural information. Your work will ensure that legal demands are properly tracked, prioritized, and handled within established timelines. Perform distribution and scheduling of procedural deadlines. Analyze legal deadlines based on court publications and notifications. Review and interpret procedural information to ensure accurate task assignment. Monitor pending activities and follow up on deadlines and legal requirements. Use legal systems and judicial platforms to manage information and operational workflows. Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of legal data. Support legal teams with administrative and operational activities related to case management. Manage multiple demands while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Collaborate remotely with teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a law student or legal professional without an active bar registration, with strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and familiarity with legal systems and procedural routines. Law student or Law graduate without an active OAB registration (mandatory). Professional experience analyzing procedural deadlines and legal publications. Experience reviewing court notifications and legal documents. Familiarity with judicial systems such as PJe, ESAJ, EPROC, or similar platforms. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (filters, tables, and basic formulas). Ability to work with legal software, digital platforms, and information management tools. Good typing skills and ability to organize large volumes of information. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment. Proactive mindset with strong ownership and commitment to responsibilities.
