Accountabilities: The Analista de Operações de Benefícios Pleno will be responsible for managing and supporting benefits administration processes, ensuring accurate data management, efficient operations, and high-quality support for employees and internal stakeholders. Manage employee benefits administration processes, including enrollment, cancellations, and updates for health and dental plans. Perform billing activities, including allocation, reconciliation, verification, and payment follow-up. Handle reimbursement processes, ensuring accurate analysis and timely resolution. Provide support and assistance to employees and HR teams regarding benefits-related questions and requests. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Manage high-volume requests while maintaining quality, organization, and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and improve processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to benefits management and employee experience. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive professional with experience in benefits operations and the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication are essential for success in this role. Bachelor’s degree completed in a related field. Previous experience working with employee benefits operations. Experience managing high-volume activities and operational requests. Knowledge of insured and non-insured benefits. Advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
