Accountabilities: The role focuses on supporting IT management routines, improving operational organization, and assisting teams with administrative and technical activities. Support daily operational routines within the IT area. Provide assistance with administrative and technical activities related to systems and internal processes. Organize, monitor, and update information, records, documentation, and operational controls. Track service requests and support the identification, organization, and routing of demands. Assist technology teams with projects, internal initiatives, and operational activities. Support the preparation of reports, controls, and performance indicators. Contribute to process improvements and the continuous evolution of IT services. Maintain accurate documentation to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing. Requirements: The ideal candidate is starting or developing their career in technology, with organizational skills, attention to detail, and interest in IT operations and process improvement. Higher education in progress or completed in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related areas. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to organize information, manage priorities, and support multiple operational activities. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams. Basic knowledge of service management tools is a plus. Basic understanding of databases, automation, or programming is desirable. Previous experience in technical support or IT administrative activities is an advantage.
