Accountabilities Serve as the primary technical and operational liaison between government aviation customers and internal solution teams, ensuring alignment, responsiveness, and mission success. Support existing aviation communication programs by coordinating technical activities, addressing customer needs, and facilitating effective issue resolution. Provide business, technical, and product expertise to customers, helping them understand solutions, capabilities, and new product features. Monitor service performance, generate reports, track operational metrics, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and customer satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for customer support coordination, ensuring technical requests and critical issues are efficiently routed and resolved. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers while supporting growth and adoption initiatives. Provide technical guidance, program updates, and leadership across cross-functional teams including engineering, development, operations, logistics, and field support. Collaborate with business development teams to identify customer needs, explore future opportunities, and strengthen strategic partnerships. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (STEM preferred) or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in a technical account management, customer-facing technical support, or similar role. Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations, delivery objectives, and complex technical requirements. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience working with military aviation platforms and organizations, particularly within the U.S. Air Force environment. Understanding of satellite communication systems, related technologies, and government communication solutions. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization. U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to obtain up to a Top Secret security clearance. Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally. Ability to work on-site at a military installation when required. Military experience or strong understanding of defense operations is highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a plus. Benefits Competitive annual salary range of approximately $141,500 to $224,000 , depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
