Accountabilities: The AI Solutions Engineer will lead the evaluation, design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and creating scalable automation capabilities. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to translate business challenges into effective AI implementations. Analyze existing workflows and identify high-impact opportunities for AI automation across business and operational processes. Develop an AI roadmap outlining recommended technologies, implementation priorities, and long-term opportunities. Design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions for areas such as client intake, document review, case management, communications, billing, and other core workflows. Architect custom AI workflows, integrations, and automation systems that can scale across the organization. Develop solutions using AI agents, large language models, and automation platforms to improve productivity and operational performance. Support AI adoption by leading training initiatives, documentation, governance practices, and change-management efforts. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions. Measure the impact of AI initiatives and provide recommendations for future improvements and expansion. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance existing processes. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience implementing AI and automation solutions, with the ability to combine technical execution with strategic business understanding. Proven experience designing and implementing AI and automation solutions in legal, professional services, or similar business environments. Strong expertise with AI agents, LLM integrations, and AI workflow platforms such as LangChain, n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable technologies. Experience building or deploying MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. Ability to architect AI-driven workflows, integrations, and automation solutions from concept through deployment. Strong process improvement skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions. Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders. Experience leading technology adoption, training, and organizational change initiatives. Familiarity with legal technology, litigation workflows, or professional services operations is preferred. Knowledge of California employment law or legal industry processes is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes in a remote environment.
