About the job 🚀 We’re hiring: AI Solution Lead / AI Architect – Enterprise GenAI Transformation We’re looking for an AI Solution Lead / AI Architect to drive several strategic Generative AI initiatives across enterprise environments This is a high-impact role combining architectural leadership, hands-on GenAI expertise, and close collaboration with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders You’ll help shape solutions across conversational AI, document intelligence, RAG-based enterprise search, and natural language data interfaces while ensuring scalability, governance, and delivery excellence 📍 Location: Fully remote 🎯 Your mission Lead the design and delivery of multiple Generative AI use cases Define end-to-end architectures for RAG systems including embeddings, chunking, retrieval, and orchestration Guide cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers Shape guardrails, evaluation logic, metrics, and enterprise AI controls Provide architectural leadership for voice assistants, document intelligence platforms, and NL-to-SQL solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders to align scope, outcomes, and delivery expectations Support workshops and architectural reviews when required Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and maintainability standards 🧭 You bring Strong STEM background with experience delivering enterprise AI or ML solutions Proven hands-on delivery experience in Generative AI, ideally within Azure ecosystems Deep understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, prompting techniques, and LLM reasoning flows Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multi-stream AI programmes Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures and execution plans ✨ Nice to have Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks and enterprise AI governance Exposure to TTS/STT technologies for conversational assistants Experience with natural language interfaces and conversational analytics Understanding of AI evaluation frameworks and operational guardrails 💎 What we offer Solid, competitive salary Fully remote model Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline Comprehensive healthcare Work in a multinational environment on international projects Join a strategic AI transformation programme and help define the architecture behind the next generation of enterprise GenAI solutions 🌍
