For our client, we are seeking a AI Platform Engineer-1 to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $152,630 – $243,812 annually
Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for automating enterprise workflows
Develop and maintain custom Power Platform connectors ensuring secure internal API integration
Architect and govern Dataverse solutions to serve as the system of record for agents and applications
Create reusable tools and components using C# and.NET 10 to enhance Copilot Studio functionality
Manage Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management at scale, ensuring integration with GitHub Actions
Implement responsible AI governance to maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Azure AI solutions into Power Platform offerings
Mentor developers on best practices for Copilot Studio and Power Platform ALM
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or 5+ years of equivalent experience
5+ years building enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, with 2+ years on Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms
Preferred certifications include Power Platform Developer Associate and Azure AI Engineer Associate
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform connectors, and Model Context Protocol functions
Experience with Dataverse design, agent tooling, Power Platform ALM, and C#/.NET development
