About The Role
We're looking for a developer who can do impressive work end-to-end - from idea to shipped, working software - using AI as a system, not as a chat window.
You take full ownership of the software you build. You design AI workflows and validation checks, ensure quality, monitor how your software performs in production, and continuously improve both the product and the way AI helps you build it.
Requirements
You'll work on real AI systems used by customers around the world and directly influence how we measure and improve machine translation quality.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring difficult questions, testing ideas, and discovering insights that aren't immediately obvious. You'll have the freedom to propose your own analyses and the responsibility to turn them into evidence-based recommendations.
