About The Role We are seeking an experienced AI DevOps Engineer to join GrabJobs' dynamic technology team. This full-time, remote position is ideal for professionals passionate about building scalable, secure, and efficient AI infrastructure. As an AI DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in deploying and managing AI and machine learning models in production environments, ensuring their performance, security, and reliability. You will work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and solution architects to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms. Your expertise will help optimize deployment processes, enhance system observability, and support the organization’s AI-driven initiatives, contributing to GrabJobs’ goal of delivering innovative recruitment solutions worldwide. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or platform engineering roles, with a strong background in deploying AI and machine learning workloads. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with certifications in these environments, is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, automation workflows like GitHub Actions, and monitoring solutions like Prometheus and Grafana is essential. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines tailored for AI and machine learning deployment workflows. Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized AI workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and scalability. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices to enhance infrastructure consistency, reproducibility, and scalability across cloud environments. Manage cloud infrastructure and platform services across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring security, compliance, and efficient resource utilization. Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects to streamline deployment processes and improve operational workflows. Monitor production environments, analyze system performance, and troubleshoot infrastructure or deployment issues promptly. Enforce security protocols, access controls, and compliance standards to safeguard AI systems and data. Create comprehensive operational documentation, deployment procedures, and technical runbooks for ongoing support. Enhance observability, logging, and alerting frameworks to improve system reliability and facilitate proactive issue resolution. Support incident response efforts, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures for system stability.
