Accountabilities: The Labor Law Attorney will be responsible for managing labor law matters throughout all procedural stages, providing technical support and developing effective legal strategies for corporate clients. The role requires autonomy, strong legal analysis, and the ability to manage deadlines, documentation, and litigation activities efficiently. Act in labor law matters across all procedural phases, including advisory and litigation activities. Prepare defenses, appeals, and other relevant legal documents, including Ordinary Appeals, Review Appeals, calculation challenges, motions, enforcement appeals, and related pleadings. Monitor procedural updates and ensure accurate information management in internal and client systems. Control hearing schedules, coordinate preparation meetings, request supporting documents, manage payments, and monitor deadlines. Participate in hearings and perform oral arguments when required. Develop procedural strategies based on case analysis, documentation review, and legal risks. Analyze decisions, judgments, and appellate rulings to prepare appropriate legal responses. Support negotiations and mediation processes with a strategic and solution-oriented approach. Maintain organization, agility, and quality standards while managing multiple legal matters. Requirements: We are seeking a legal professional with solid experience in labor law, strong procedural knowledge, and the ability to manage corporate litigation demands. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, organization, and proactive communication. Bachelor’s degree in Law and active OAB registration. Experience in Labor Law, Labor Procedure, and Civil Procedure. Experience working with labor advisory and high-volume litigation cases. Knowledge of preparing complex legal documents and procedural strategies. Experience participating in hearings and oral arguments. Strong analytical ability for reviewing decisions, agreements, and legal documents. Postgraduate specialization in Labor Law is desirable. Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage urgent demands. Strong organization, commitment, creativity, and proactive attitude. Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally. Good communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and mediation abilities. Benefits: Meal voucher (VR).
