Accountabilities: The attorney will be responsible for managing civil litigation and consumer law matters, developing legal strategies, monitoring cases, and providing strategic support to clients. The role requires strong legal writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively. Act in civil litigation matters involving credit operations and activities related to banking correspondents. Develop procedural strategies and prepare legal documents, including defenses, appeals, motions, and enforcement-related submissions. Analyze case information, evidence, and supporting documentation to define defense strategies. Monitor legal proceedings, deadlines, and procedural updates. Maintain accurate information in legal management systems. Participate in hearings when required. Prepare management reports and support the identification of risks and opportunities for process improvement. Interface with clients, representatives, and partner law firms. Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal operations and service quality. Requirements: The ideal candidate has solid experience in civil litigation, consumer law, and corporate legal environments, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex and high-volume case portfolios. Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Proven experience in civil litigation. Strong knowledge of Consumer Law. Experience preparing legal documents such as defenses, appeals, legal submissions, and sentence enforcement documents. Experience managing high-volume litigation portfolios. Excellent legal writing and analytical capabilities. Strong organization skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively. Proactive profile with good prioritization and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to collaborate with teams and receive feedback. Commitment to technical quality and achievement of performance goals. Preferred qualifications: Experience working with fintechs, banks, payment institutions, or banking correspondents. Knowledge of Central Bank regulations related to banking correspondents and credit operations. Experience with legal management platforms such as Projuris, Elaw, or similar tools.
