Accountabilities Prepare, issue, and manage customer invoices accurately and within required timelines. Monitor incoming payments and ensure they are correctly allocated to customer accounts. Follow up on overdue invoices professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships. Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues when needed. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to support accounting processes. Assist with month-end reporting activities and provide reliable financial information to internal teams. Support efficient accounts receivable operations by following established procedures and maintaining attention to detail. Requirements Previous experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, finance administration, or a similar accounting role. Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or comparable platforms. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, financial data, and numerical information. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and identify inconsistencies. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing daily priorities effectively. Reliable home internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Benefits Fully remote position based in South Africa. Competitive monthly salary ranging from R15,000 to R19,000.
